As a dedicated medical student and a fervent advocate for global health equity, Bibhusha firmly believe that sustainable change begins at the grassroots level, where education, empathy, and action intersect to build a healthier, more equitable tomorrow. Her journey in medicine and public health is driven by a deep-seated commitment to service, leadership, and the transformative power of community-centered care. Since 2024, She has been actively engaged with Young Leaders in Community and Global Health (YLCGH) Nepal, where she contribute to it’s mission of advancing health education and nurturing the next generation of compassionate leaders. Through this role, She’ve had the privilege of spearheading and participating in numerous school health initiatives, both within the Kathmandu Valley and in underserved rural communities. These experiences ranging from hands-on health camps to collaborative research projects have reinforced my belief in the importance of accessible, culturally sensitive healthcare and the role of youth in driving systemic change. Currently, Bibhusha am a third-year medical student at KIST Medical College and Teaching Hospital, where she strive to bridge the gap between academic rigor and real world impact. By integrating clinical training with community outreach, She aim to cultivate a holistic understanding of health disparities and the social determinants that perpetuate them. Every patient interaction, every community workshop, and every research endeavor deepens my resolve to serve with humility and curiosity. Rooted in the values of lifelong learning and servant leadership, She is committed to growing as both a clinician and a changemaker; one who listens intently, acts thoughtfully, and empowers others along the way. Her ultimate aspiration is to leave a lasting imprint on global health, not through grand gestures alone, but through the collective ripple effect of education, advocacy, and unwavering compassion.
